Terms of sale

Plain-English terms for buying Kenlode Sales.

Who sells

Kenlode products are sold by GlobalShopper LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we"). Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes.

What you buy

You buy a License: a key that lets you run one Edition of Kenlode Sales on infrastructure you control. The Team Edition License covers a number of Seats; a Seat is one active person on the team, the manager included. You may reassign Seats at any time. The software stays ours; the data you put in it stays yours.

Kenlode Sales Team

An annual license at $40 per Seat per month, billed annually in advance, with a minimum of 5 Seats. Founder pricing, where agreed, is set out in your order form.
The order form you sign sets the number of Seats, the start date and the price, and takes precedence over this page.
Invoices are payable within 30 days.
Seats added during the year are charged pro rata to the renewal date. Reductions take effect at renewal.
Before each renewal we send the next year's invoice. You can choose not to renew.

Kenlode Sales Personal

An annual license for one named person at $199 a year, paid by card through Stripe.
We email your license key within one business day of payment.
You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of payment. After that, the year is not refundable.

Pilots

A pilot is free for 30 days, for up to 10 Seats, under a pilot letter signed before it starts. The letter sets the success criteria and the price if you continue. If the criteria are met, you sign an order form; if not, or if you decide not to continue, we help you uninstall and nothing is due.

Updates and support

While your license is active, you receive updates, and your named administrator gets email support answered by the next business day. You decide when to apply an update.

Your data

Kenlode Sales runs on your infrastructure, and your account data stays there. We don't receive a copy. AI features run on your own AI provider account, under your agreement with that provider.

If we host it for you, it runs on a server dedicated to your company. We process your data only to run, back up and support it, under the terms in your order form.

For Kenlode Sales Team, warranty, liability, governing law and disputes are set out in the order form you sign. For Personal, contact us before buying if you need these terms.
