This website collects as little as it can. Here is all of it.

Who we are

Kenlode is a brand of GlobalShopper LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we"). Contact us at sales@kenlode.com.

Forms and email

When you request a pilot or a quote, the details you enter (name, work email, company, country, team size or number of seats, and anything you add) are sent to us by email. They are never stored on this website. We use them only to reply to you and to set up a pilot or a purchase if you want one. We keep that correspondence for as long as we're in touch, and delete it when you ask.

The same applies when you email us directly.

No cookies, no tracking

This site sets no cookies and doesn't track you across sites. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and doesn't fingerprint you. It tells us which pages are read, which sites refer visitors, and roughly which countries they come from.

Spam protection

The pilot and quote forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. Turnstile processes technical signals from your browser to do that; it doesn't use cookies for advertising.

Hosting

This site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes your IP address to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks.

Buying Kenlode Sales Personal

Card payments are handled by Stripe, which receives your payment details under its own privacy policy. We receive your name, email address and what you bought, to send your license.

The product itself

Kenlode Sales runs on your own server. The account data you keep in it doesn't reach us. See Security & IT for exactly what leaves your network. If you choose managed hosting, we run that server for you and process its data only on your instructions, under a data processing agreement we sign with you.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at sales@kenlode.com.
