Enterprise deals are won on details: who really decides, what was promised, and why a deal slipped. Most of that never reaches the CRM. It lives in notebooks, inboxes, and one person's memory. Kenlode Sales is where your account team keeps it.

Each morning, the Daily Briefing shows a rep what needs attention today: priority accounts, overdue promises, and a recommended next step, with the reason behind it.

Before a steering committee, the rep asks the Account Brain a plain question, and gets an answer built only from what the team has recorded about that account.

After the meeting, the rep adds the transcript. The AI proposes updates: who sits on the buying committee, MEDDPICC evidence, and commitments on both sides. Each proposal quotes its source, and nothing is saved until a person accepts it.

Every opportunity has MEDDPICC built in, with each element marked confirmed or still a hypothesis, and a health check that explains itself.

Managers see every account's health, qualification gaps, and overdue promises in one rollup, without reading anyone's notes. To read a deal, a manager joins its account team, and the team can see that they did.

The problem

Enterprise deals are won on knowledge the CRM never captures

The CRM serves the forecast

It records stages and amounts for the company. It doesn't hold who really decides, what was promised, or why the deal slipped.

The real story is scattered

It lives in notebooks, inboxes, call recordings and one person's memory. When that person is busy or leaves, the account starts again.

Managers see numbers, not reality

Pipeline reviews inspect fields that reps fill in for the review. Risk shows up at the forecast call, when it's too late to coach.

What's different

Built for teams whose CRM belongs to someone else

Your server, your AI key

It runs on your own server. AI features use your own Anthropic, OpenAI or compatible model key, and calls go straight from your server to that provider.

Beside any CRM, or none

No integration project: there's no connector to the CRM HQ runs, and no sync. A manager can load Accounts and Contacts from a spreadsheet to get started.

AI proposes, people approve

Facts the AI extracts from a transcript become Proposals. Each quotes its source, and nothing joins the account's memory until a person accepts it.

Signals, not notes

The manager's rollup shows stages, health, qualification gaps and overdue promises across every Account, without anyone's notes.

Trust by design

Every look at a deal is on the record.

Managers see signals, not notes. To read a deal, a manager joins its Account Team, and the team sees it.

See the whole team

Every Account's health, MEDDPICC gaps and overdue promises at a glance, without reading anyone's notes.

Join in the open

To read a deal, a manager joins its Account Team. The join appears on the Account's Timeline and team card, where the reps see it.

Your server, your rules

Your data stays on infrastructure you control. Nothing about your Accounts is sent to us. How it's built

How it works

AI proposes. Your people approve.

  1. Meet the customer in person, on Teams or on Zoom.
  2. Add the transcript or your notes. Paste or upload them, or have your own AI agent submit them.
  3. Review the Proposals. Each one quotes its source. Accept, edit or reject.
  4. The memory updates and feeds Signals, Recommendations and tomorrow's briefing.

Straight answers

What it doesn't do

  • It doesn't record or fetch your meetings. You paste or upload the transcript, or your own AI agent submits it. A Microsoft Teams integration is planned, not built.
  • It doesn't forecast. It shows your pipeline and its risks; it makes no revenue predictions.
  • It doesn't replace your CRM. It keeps what the CRM doesn't. HQ's system stays the system of record.

If call recording, forecasting or automatic activity capture is what you need, tools like Gong and Clari do those better. See the comparison.
