Yes. With managed hosting we run Kenlode Sales on a server dedicated to your company, shared with no other customer, in the region you choose. It includes backups, monitoring and every update, and you keep your own AI key. It costs from $400 a month per instance (12-month minimum, $1,000 setup), on top of the seats. We sign a data processing agreement with you, because we then hold your data.

Yes. Every Team license includes one free Staging license for a non-production server where your IT tries each release first. It has 3 seats and says "Staging copy" on every page.

If the success criteria we agreed before day one are met, you sign an order form at the price in the pilot letter. If they aren't, or you decide not to continue, we help you uninstall and nothing is due. There is no automatic charge.
